The client requested an expedited channel and opted for DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), leading us to choose AIR DDP as the mode of transportation. On November 16th, we generated labels for the goods and scheduled a flight. However, due to limited flight availability, the shipment was scheduled for November 22nd. The goods arrived in the United States on November 24th. Following local customs clearance, tax payment, and release procedures, the items reached the U.S. warehouse on November 25th. On November 27th, the goods were handed over to FedEx for the final leg of the journey to the recipient's destination. The entire shipping experience left the recipient highly satisfied.
On the11/ 28th, we initiated an order with UPS to facilitate the return of a batch of items from the United Kingdom to Hong Kong for repair. The products, including circuit boards, smartphones, tablets, and luggage, were prepared for shipment. We promptly dispatched UPS labels and battery labels to the UK.
