Recently, GigaCloud announced the completion of the acquisition of American software company Wondersign for $10 million (about 71.3 million yuan).

According to official public information, GigaCloud specializes in the global home furnishings field. The company has more than 20 independent overseas warehouses in the United States, Japan, Europe, and other places, with a total area of more than 4 million square feet.

Overseas warehouses provide customers with strong support in areas such as logistics, warehousing, and distribution.

"We are very pleased to announce the acquisition of Wondersign," said Larry Wu, founder, chairman, and CEO of GigaCloud. This combines our GigaCloud Marketplace with Wondersign's expertise and data networks to further bring us closer to brick-and-mortar retailers."

"One of the main strategic advantages of this acquisition is that we are able to launch a new industry solution, GIGA IQ. This innovative solution is expected to enhance the trading experience of GigaCloud Marketplace platform users and brick-and-mortar retail customers."

GigaCloud said that in addition to Wondersign's Catalog Kiosk, GIGA IQ will be equipped with more modules to achieve interactive personalized product recommendations. Customers can also find and buy products directly from GigaCloud Marketplace through the GIGA IQ system.

"Wondersign has access to about 2500 stores, which has greatly expanded our cooperation with brick-and-mortar retail stores across the United States."
