In foreign trade transactions, international logistics is an essential step and very important. Good control of international logistics will hold the goods firmly in hand, not leaving goods and money empty.

Then you need a clearer understanding of the international logistics of several ways to release the goods, on the one hand, to ensure the safety of goods, on the other hand, can be delivered to the hands of customers through different ways in a timely manner, which means the early recovery of the payment of goods to avoid cash flow difficulties.

The following highlights several ways of releasing goods and the differences between international sea transportation:

TELEX RELEASED

Definition: short for Telegraphic Release. The bill of lading information is sent to the shipping company at the port of destination through an electronic message or electronic message form, and the consignee can exchange the bill of lading with the stamped electro-releasing seal and electro-releasing letter of guarantee to pick up the goods. The shipping company notifies the agent of the destination port to release the goods without the original bill of lading; as long as it proves that it is the consignee and the person to be released by electricity, it can take delivery of the goods.

Advantages: convenient, fast, and safe (to avoid the risk of losing the bill of lading).

Disadvantages: The consignor cannot control the rights to goods.

OCEAN BILL

Definition: The original bill of lading issued by the shipping company. It is a kind of property right certificate, according to which the consignee withdraws the goods; it can be endorsed and transferred; it is an important document; SHIPPER will get the original bill of lading from the freight forwarder, scan it to CNEE, arrange the payment, and then SHIPPER will send the whole set of bill of lading by express mail to CNEE, and CNEE will withdraw the goods with the original bill of lading for the bill of lading; the bill of lading for sea transportation is used more.

Advantages: It is convenient for the buyer to pick up the goods immediately, simplifies the procedure, and saves money.

SWB

Definition: A sea waybill, for short, is a form of bill of lading. Once out of the SWB, the right of goods from the SHIPPER is transferred to the CNEE, that is, the CNEE can go directly to pick up the goods. SWB pick-up does not need the original, and it also does not need an electricity fee, for the trust of the company can be used in this form of release of goods.

Advantage: It is fast to issue the bill, fast to pick up the goods, convenient, and fast.

Disadvantages: generally, there is no way to control the goods.

Use of the scene:
1. All payments received for goods can be out of the sea waybill.
2. Multinational corporations: China's subsidiaries are specialized in purchasing for the parent company abroad in order to pick up the goods conveniently and quickly.

Destination port releases

Definition: the meaning of release of goods. This kind of release is used less, in the following special circumstances, will be used in this kind of release: bill of lading lost, written by the consignor on the letter of guarantee to the shipping company or the agent to release to the consignee; bill of lading out of the late, and the goods to the goods in order to pick up the goods earlier, you can also take the letter of guarantee instructions to release the goods.

Scenario: In the absence of special circumstances, generally will not use this method.

Distinction

1. SWB is a bill of lading with the ship, somewhat similar to the electric discharge. Once the confirmation to do the seaway bill is received, the agent will directly put the goods with the consignee.

2, and electric release: even if the goods are delivered to port N, as long as the consignor did not notify the agent in writing to release the goods, the agent will not release the goods to the consignee.

3. The main difference between SWB and B/L of the main difference is that SWB does not have the role of documents of title; a bill of lading is a document of title; a bill of lading can be transferred by endorsement (indicative bill of lading); the sea waybill cannot be transferred; the sea waybill can only be the consignee of the bill of lading above the indication.
